Default super bad lag problems

I have been having really bad lag for the past couple of months in guild wars it seems to get better then it comes back and it is even worse its to the point to today where i cant even move with out waiting a long time in lions arch and when im out in a expolering its almost as bad i have check with comcast my isp and we ran a trace route and it shows that it is happing after it leaves there servers

i only really play guild wars but i cant play on www.pogo.com either without lag but not as bad
